This provocative workshop emphasizes improving creative problem solving skills that lead to increased productivity and satisfaction.

 

Participants will learn to:

 

·        Recognize and anticipate developing problems.

·        Determine an objective or goal.

·        Evaluate systematically the possible solutions to a problem and locate the appropriate one.

·        Evaluate the results of the solutions and monitor for future problems.

 

This workshop focuses on a team approach to problem solving.  Your team will learn to make group decisions using systematic problem solving techniques.
