             This jam-packed, entertaining and informative stress management seminar not only discusses what stress management is and how it works, but also teaches techniques for coping with stress and even how to prevent stress. These techniques will boost productivity,

increase personal satisfaction, raise energy levels and reduce the risk of burnout.

             

             Dr. Frager, a licensed psychologist, has written numerous articles about stress management and is featured in a book entitled STRESS STRATEGISTS. 

 

             The workshop begins with an explanation of what is stress. People frequently confuse stress with stressors.  Stress is a “physiological response to a demand for adaptation to some  

environmental change.”  When faced with change, one’s internal. Methods: Dr. Frager uses visual aids, handouts, and many activities to supplement his                      presentation.

                    3.  The learner will discover how people react differently to stress; why some are                            

                          better able to handle stress.

                     

                    4.  The learner will discover how to incorporate techniques for handling stress into                          

                          their own personal and professional lives.
